A new voice for Sacramento
When you elected me to represent you on the County Board of Education, I promised to carry your voice to the County Office. With eight successful years at the County level, I now ask for the opportunity to carry your voice to the State Assembly in Sacramento.
As the mom of two young sons, I know it’s tough to raise a family in this Valley. I won’t forget your needs.
Gas prices are up. Housing is expensive. Money’s tight!
As your county representative for eight years I have advocated for your family's priorities:
* children with autism;
* high quality Head Start preschool
* rights of parents to appeal local school board decisions
* quality charter schools;
* public access to government records
As your Assemblywoman, I will continue to carry your family's voice to fight for your needs in Sacramento.
I will fight to make sure all families have affordable health insurance;
I will protect our education budget, while demanding respect and responsiveness for students and parents;
And I will make sure the wealthy among us pay their fair share to help balance our budget.
As the mom of two young sons, I know it’s tough to raise a family in this Valley. I won’t forget your needs.
Please vote for Democrat Anna Song for Assembly. I will carry your voice. Please review my issue statements at left. I look forward to your comments. Thank you for your vote.
