I will fight to ensure all Californians have quality access to health care.
Universal health care is a goal I support.
When some families have health care and other families don't have health care, everyone's quality of life is affected. I support the vision of every Californian having access to necessary medical care, including preventive care, urgent care and quality advice to help families and individuals to make medical decisions.
We cannot afford to wait for the best while refusing the better.
While I support universal health care, I will vote for legislation that expands health care services to families. We all lose if we divide into small groups that fight with each other rather than fight for those who need care.
